ArtSafe Portfolio - Stamp Print Conservation

ArtSafe products are desined with observance of the principles of conservation framing. The result is a matting system that is environmentally safe and esthetically appealing. Mats of acid-free conservation quality board are hinged with linen tape and provided with acetate corners to hold your artwork.

Acid-free "Showguard" sleeves provide stamp protection. This allows the art to be slipped in and out without damage, which may occur from ordinary mounting techniques. This preserves the mint condition, thus the value of your collection.

The Portfolio:

- Padded burgundy leather portfolio, 18.75 x 14.25" x 3".

- Ten acid-free polyester envelope pages giving the portfolio a capacity of twenty museum matted pieces

- Mat board with a 7.75 x 10" opening accommodates the most popular duck size prints

- Acid-free conservation quality mat board for fine stamps and print sets, plus one mat board for a collection of twelve stamps

The Frame:

- The Artsafe frame uses the same matting system as the portfolio

- Convenient thumb latches allows the print set to be removed for display in frame or book
