2006 Texas Nongame - Sherri Russell Meline - Stamp Print

SHIPMENT NOT EXPECTED UNTIL FALL 2006

Barn owls are among the owl family’s most distinctive members. They are the only North American owl with a heart-shaped face and their name comes from a tendency to roost and nest in the relative security of barns or other manmade structures. She’s been professional artist since 1970 and painted the 2003 Texas Waterfowl Stamp Print and the 2003 Quail Stamp Print. Her art was selectively to grace the 2006 Federal Duck Stamp. A special gold-plated medallion edition will be available in addition to the regular edition. Both regular and medallion edition will be limited the number of wholesale orders received by August 15, 2006. In no event will the regular edition be less than 475 and the medallion edition less than 55. Shipment of prints is expected by late summer of 2006.
